Kim Christensen
I began working at Spindleworks in 2006. Since then I've grown and do lots of different things. I do weaving, painting, woodwork, woodburning, and now encaustic. I even write poetry about my crazy flower drawings. I try to dabble in everything I can get my hands into. My work has feelings in it. I always put my feelings into my work.
I also do workshops where I teach people how to make zen tangles. I'm a great peer leader. I love to show new people what I do. I go to school and teach kids how to weave.
If it wasn't for Spindleworks I couldn't create like I do now. I can take things I learn and do them at home, like print making. I'm amazed by what I can do.
